National human resources agency Job1USA asked us to build a web-based application to help manage and administer rewards based on their employees’ performance targets. The result is a fully functioning web application allowing employees to participate in a rewards program, Job1Rewards, and earn and monitor points from home or on the go — easy to use with a stylish design to boot.

Job1USA provides staffing solutions for clients nationwide, managing a diverse workforce of temporary employees across the US. The goal in utilizing a rewards system is to improve employee job satisfaction and help retain quality, productive staff. With nearly 250 million US mobile users in 2018, the challenge for Whitelabel was to develop a robust ecommerce reward system with optimal functionality for any user on any device.
Job1Rewards is a comprehensive employee management tool far more complex and robust than standard e-commerce platforms due to the integration of an entire rewards point system. The product roadmap includes shift tracking, payment management, transportation, and an integrated employee cash system allowing employees to request a payday loan directly from Job1USA. As Job1Rewards continues to grow, we’re providing ongoing developmental support with new features and more admin controls.
Custom front-end development and Rails engineering make the web application lightning fast. As with all of our builds, we implemented true responsive design rather than adaptive design to allow for maximum flexibility and optimal user experience. Responsive sites load faster and require less maintenance because they use one optimized structure that works across every platform. 72% of Job1Rewards users access the app from a mobile device, and with a true responsive build we’re able to cater to each and every one of the over 5,000 users in the system.
